My purpose is to hold space for deep healing and realignment through the gentle power of Reiki. I believe we all carry the ability to come back into balance, physically, emotionally, and spiritually, but life can sometimes pull us out of that flow.

In each session, I offer calm, intuitive support to help release tension, clear stagnant energy, and bring your body and mind into a more peaceful state. This is more than energy work. It’s a space to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Reiki is a gentle, holistic energy healing practice that originated in Japan in the early 1900s. The word Reiki comes from two Japanese words, Rei, meaning universal life, and Ki, meaning energy.

Together, Reiki refers to the universal life force energy that flows through all living things. When this energy becomes low, blocked, or imbalanced, we may feel tired, anxious, unwell, or emotionally stuck. Reiki helps restore flow and harmony by channeling healing energy through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient, supporting balance on every level, including physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Reiki can be received in person or from a distance. Distance Reiki works through focused intention and energetic connection, allowing the healing to be just as powerful even when you’re not in the same room. Energy is not limited by location, and Reiki meets you exactly where you are.

Whether you are navigating stress, emotional pain, spiritual awakening, or simply seeking more balance, Reiki offers a calm and restorative path back to yourself.

As I am currently traveling, in-person availability may vary. Please feel free to reach out for current scheduling options. Distance Reiki sessions are always available and offer the same supportive, healing experience wherever you are.
